Janet Johnson is one of the most dedicated and committed real estate agents you will find. She and her husband, Andrew, have two grown sons, Lang and Drew. Lang has recently returned from service with the US Marine Corps in Iraq and has joined his wife, Tonya, in Southeast Tennessee. They are the proud parents of Ella, born October, 2007. Drew has also moved to Southeast Tennessee.
Janet has a BA from Texas Christian University in Math and French, an MS from the University of Alberta in Computing Science, and an MBA from Edgewood College. She has 25 years of experience in project and business management.
Janet's in-depth training includes topics in Real Estate agency, property ownership, fair housing, appraisal, financing, and Real Estate contract law. Janet is a Certified Residential Specialist, which places her in the top 4% of her profession. She also is involved in her market center, serving on the Agent Leadership Council as chair of the Finance Committee, and as onsite broker to review agent contracts and provide resolution of legal issues.
Giving back to the community is a value Janet shares with many. She is block captain in her neighborhood, serves on several committees in her Rotary Club, sings in her Church choir, and has served as her Church's Moderator.
